1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any product provided by AsyncQuery ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AsyncQuery provides Intercom sidebar applications that help support teams work faster — including conversation metrics, PDF exports, and more. The services require an active Intercom workspace and an internet connection.

3. Account and Access

To use our products, you must install them via the Intercom App Store and authorize access to your Intercom workspace through OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your workspace credentials. You must have the authority to install apps on behalf of your organization.

4. Billing

A subscription is required to use our products. Subscription fees are billed monthly per workspace. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent
  • Use automated means to abuse the service

6. Service Output

Our products may generate exports, analytics, or other output based on your Intercom data. This output is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by AsyncQuery. You retain ownership of your data. We do not claim any rights over the content of your Intercom conversations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsyncQuery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app from your Intercom workspace.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
