Workspace Information

When you install one of our apps, we store:

• Your Intercom workspace ID and name
• The admin email of the person who installed the app
• An OAuth access token to communicate with the Intercom API

Usage Data

We track basic usage events including:

• When the app is installed
• When conversations are analyzed
• When teams are assigned or tags are added

Conversation Data

When you use our apps, we may read conversation content from Intercom to provide the requested functionality (e.g. generating exports or calculating metrics). We do not store conversation content. It is processed in real-time and discarded immediately.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide our services (e.g. conversation exports, metrics, and analytics)
• Authenticate with your Intercom workspace
• Track credit usage for billing purposes
• Improve the quality of our service

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Intercom API — to read conversations, teams, admins, and tags from your workspace
• OpenAI API — to analyze conversation content and generate routing suggestions
• MongoDB Atlas — to store workspace information and usage data

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them.

5. Data Retention

• Conversation content — not stored. Processed in real-time and discarded.
• Workspace information — retained while you have the app installed. Deleted upon request.
• Usage events — retained for up to 12 months for analytics purposes.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database access, and limited access to production systems. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about your workspace
• Request deletion of your data
• Uninstall the app at any time, which revokes our access to your Intercom workspace

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
